1. Traditional rooms - 

Traditional rooms are available as 1 king bed, 1 queen bed or 2 double beds.  These rooms while smaller are beautifully decorated and luxurious. All rooms feature deluxe bedding.  The rates will vary depending on when you are looking to book during the year.

2. Traditional view rooms

These select guest rooms are the same layout as the traditional rooms above but with views of our Virginia resort ranging from the Front Drive and Casino Lawn to the Allegheny Mountains and Allegheny Springs Pool. Guests can expect higher rates per night for the view rooms.

3. Deluxe rooms

The deluxe rooms are available with 2 double beds or 1 King Bed. The deluxe rooms are 100 square feet bigger than the traditional rooms and can accommodate a few more guests. 

4. Deluxe view rooms

These select deluxe rooms are the same layout as the traditional rooms above but with views of our Virginia resort ranging from the Front Drive and Casino Lawn to the Allegheny Mountains and Allegheny Springs Pool. Guests can expect higher rates per night for the view rooms.

5. Premier rooms

 Whether you choose the Premier Double Queen or Premier King, these distinctive layouts are perfect for family or group stays. Featuring additional space to relax, stunning resort views, and exclusive premium amenities in the historic section of the resort. Having a sitting area in these rooms are nice for a bit more space to spread out while in your room at the Homestead Resort.

Guests who want a view will love the upgrade for the premier view room options above at a slightly higher rate.

7. Connecting Rooms

 As a family of 5 I can assure you I understand the need to spread out and have connecting rooms when we travel.  This is a great option for those who need additional beds.  

8. Accessible rooms

Accessible rooms are provided for our guests who require ADA features. Rooms are approximately 250-280 square feet and include a roll-in shower.

1. Studio Suites

Located in the historic Main, East and West Wings of the Homestead, studio suites feature a sitting area with a sofa or chaise lounge. Suites have either one king bed or two double beds and offer resort ground views. 

2. Executive Suites

Separate living rooms and sleeping areas make these suites with custom appointments extra special. Located throughout the Homestead, these rooms are uniquely appointed with vibrant colors and steeped in Southern elegance. These rooms are available with either 1 King or 2 Double Beds

3.Governors Suite

Our unique Preferred Governor's Suite offers a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a separate large living room featuring a sofa bed and an expansive open balcony with a spectacular view of the Allegheny Mountains. 830 square feet.

4. Luxury Landmark Suite

Located in the East Wing, these suites include two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two double beds. Each suite offers a spacious living room area with a sun porch featuring mountain views and custom-designed Southern elegance. 1,100 square feet.

5. President's Suite

The five President’s Suites are uniquely designed and the décor is tailored to honor the former US President for whom each is named. Each suite features a grand foyer, a spacious living room area, two master bedrooms and two bathrooms with pedestal tubs. 1,500 square feet
