Keep in mind that availability and offerings may change, so it's a good idea to check with the resort directly or visit their official website for the most up-to-date information. As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, here are some of the typical housing options at Massanutten Resort:

  1. Hotel Rooms: The resort has hotel-style accommodations with comfortable rooms, suitable for individuals or couples. These may include standard rooms and suites with various amenities.

  2. Condos: Massanutten offers a range of condominiums with different sizes and configurations. Condos are a popular choice for families or larger groups as they often come with multiple bedrooms, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved staying in the resort area of Woodstone Meadows which was perfect with views of the Woodstone Meadows Golf Course from our deck.

  3. Cottages: For a more secluded and private experience, the resort has cottages or cabins available. These may be situated in a more wooded or secluded area, providing a cozy and intimate setting.

Regal Vista Lodging at Massanutten Resort

Regal Vistas are the newest lodging and housing options at Massanutten Resort. This private, gated community is home to an outdoor pool, picnic area, and workout facility which will impress any visitor and guest.  Each vista / house option in the Regal Vistas section at Massanutten Resort houses 2 sides that can be separated with two different groups of renters, or the vista can be rented together and opened by a cojoining door between the two sides.  We rented one side of the Regal Vista and it was plenty of space for our family of 5 with two bedroom units and plenty of space to relax with comfortable accommodations.    This luxury experience style housing at Massanutten Resort was great for us to have space to relax after a busy day at the ski area and the water park! The dedicated pre-arrival concierge was an awesome amenity to ask resort questions and help us plan an agenda during our trip to Massanutten Resort!

Regal Vista Massanutten Resort Floor Plan and Layout

You can enter the Regal Vista at Massanutten through the garage door with your key card or the front door as well. Having everything on one level and not having to climb steps or haul luggage up an elevator was great for families with small kids like us or with family members with mobility issues.

Kitchen at the Regal Vistas at Massanutten Resort

The front door opens to the shared living room and a full kitchen which is an open floor plan and very inviting.  The open kitchen and bar was great for cooking meals and serving to my family while we played and interacted.  The kitchen and living room space was very functional for entertaining and enjoying time together while staying at the Regal Vista at Massanutten Resort.

You will have everything you need and more provided in the kitchen at Regal Vistas.  The welcome basket will have laundry detergent and dish detergent pods waiting for you to use as well.  We cooked a lot of meals in the Regal Vistas kitchen and we felt at home and found everything we needed easily.  We were very impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was for meal prepping and serving during our stay at Regal Vistas.

If you dont want to worry about cooking while on vacation at Massanutten Resort, no big deal.  There are so many amazing restaurants on resort property.  Whether you want to stay on site at Massanutten Resort for meals or take a short drive into town, the heart of the Shenandoah Valley has good food to fuel you and your spirit of adventure!  You can find all details, cost, and more in this post all about dining options on and near resort.  I highly recommend VA BBQ & Pizza and Campfire Grill for lunch and dinner.

Living Room at the Regal Vistas at Massanutten Resort

The living room at Regal Vista had two sofas, one of which was a pull-out bed which was great for additional sleeping options for our children.  The living room felt comfortable and cozy with a fireplace which we loved during our cold February visit!  The kitchen table was large and accommodating for our family.  Off of the living room is a deck with a grill available for use during your stay at Regal Vistas.  We were at the end of the street which looked out over the mountains with such a stunning view of trees and was so calming and quiet.

Entering the Regal Vista from the garage opens to the hallway that connects the two sides of the Regal Vista.  This hallway is a great buffer if you are renting alongside others that you do not know.  This hallway is where you will find the washer and dryer units as well as additional storage.  I loved this hallway so that our ski gear could dry and be out of the way.

Bedrooms at the Regal Vistas at Massanutten Resort

Regal Vistas units are all two-bedroom condos and 2 full baths.

The master bedroom in our Regal Vista space was large and had plenty of space and its own fireplace.  The master bathroom was huge and the whirlpool tub was massive and great for soaking with a great book and a phenomenal view of the Shenendoah Mountains.  All of the Regal Vista units have a large whirpool tub in the master bathroom.

Each side of the Regal Vistas sleeps 6 with a combined ability to sleep up to 12 if renting the entire Regal Vista with friends or family or you have a large family and want ample space.
